Clean it before the boxes arrive, not around them

Moving in

You have no idea who lived there or how they cleaned. We do the whole property before your furniture arrives: kitchen cupboards inside and out, oven and appliance interiors, bathrooms fully sanitised and descaled, every floor, all the skirting and switches, and interior windows.

Carpets are worth doing at the same time. An empty house is the only time a carpet clean is completely straightforward — no furniture to move, nothing to work around, and it's dry before you need the rooms.

Moving out

If you're renting, this is really an end of tenancy clean and you'll want the invoice and photo report that come with it. If you're selling, a clean handover is a courtesy that costs very little and heads off a bad-tempered exchange on completion day.

Timing

Ideally the day before you move in, or the day after you move out. Where completion dates land awkwardly we can work evenings and Saturdays. Tell us the constraint and we'll build around it rather than offering a window and hoping.

Prices

One-bed from £110. Two-bed from £140. Three-bed house from £180. Four-bed and above quoted on the property. Add carpet cleaning from £30 a room — the best-value moment there is to do it.
