What a changeover includes

Full clean of every room; beds stripped and remade with fresh linen; towels changed; bathroom sanitised and restocked; kitchen cleaned with crockery checked and put away; bins emptied; welcome consumables replaced; and a walk-through with photos sent to you before we lock up.

We also flag what you'd want to know: a chipped mug, a missing remote, a towel that has seen better days, a smoke alarm chirping. Hosts tell us this is the part they value most.

Linen and consumables

Two options. Either we work with linen you keep on site — the cheapest way, provided there are two full sets per bed — or we manage a laundered linen supply and rotate it. Consumables (tea, coffee, sugar, toilet roll, soap, dishwasher tablets) are restocked from a stock box we hold at the property.

Same-day turnarounds

An 11am checkout and a 3pm check-in leaves a four-hour window. We schedule holiday lets first in the day precisely because that window doesn't move. For back-to-back bookings across several properties we'll agree a route with you rather than quoting each one blind.

Prices

Studio or one-bed from £45. Two-bed from £65. Three-bed from £85. Linen laundering quoted separately if you'd like us to manage it. Regular hosts with a predictable calendar get a standing rate.
